If You're Going To Make A Student
You must have your avatar wearing something close to a proper school uniform for the desired gender of your character. An example would be a blonde school-girl wearing a knee-high plaid skirt, tights, mary-jane type shoes, and a white blouse. An example for a boy would be a white shirt, long black pants, and black dress-shoes.
No, your character does not have to wear the exact outfit, but it must look the least bit formal.
More than likely, you should save the avatar into the pictures folder on your computer, then upload it on tinypic.com. Copy the bottom URL, then paste into the desired type-box.
